If you stand at the front and look like a wet Wednesday then don’t be surprised if the children all look the same! Throw yourself into it 100% and ask the rest of the children’s leaders to join you. It’s important that the whole team realises they are role models for the children. Get a couple of the team (or children) to help lead the actions with you at the front so you’re not on your own!

Doug Horley (Duggie Dug Dug) has a national and international ministry working with children and families and song writing, and his songs have been used by churches across the planet!  He and his wife Belinda and their team travel the UK and many other countries running family concerts, all-age services and training children's workers.

Doug is a recording artist signed to Elevation Music and has recorded numerous CDs and DVDs and written a number of books.  As well as being involved with running children's events at Spring Harvest for many years, he and Belinda have run large events for many organisations including The Luis Palau Organisation, The Billy Graham Evangelistic Organisation, Christ For All Nations and The Salvation Army.  They live in Epsom, Surrey and have 2 grown-up children and a large number of fish!
